Dear Civil Engineering and Development Department,

Under the Code on Access to Information, I request annual recruitment statistics for CEDD engineering posts (Graduate Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Engineer in Civil and Geotechnical disciplines) for 2016 to 2026 (or the latest available year).

For each recruitment cycle, please provide the gender breakdown (Male vs. Female headcount and percentage) for:
1. Applicants: Total female vs. male applicants
2. Shortlist: Female vs. male candidates interviewed
3. Offers: Female vs. male candidates issued job offers
4. Final Intake: Female vs. male candidates hired and reported for duty
