Under the Code on Access to Information, I am writing to request official performance metrics, vendor evaluation schedules, and operational statistics associated with the "Little Grape" (提子) campaigns and the Anti-Deception Coordination Centre (ADCC) for the calendar years 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.

Specifically, please provide official records for the following three items:

1. Vendor Contract Performance Clauses & KPIs: Copies of or details on performance evaluation clauses, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) schedules, or required deliverables in external vendor contracts for "Little Grape" promotional campaigns (including whether any target outcomes were set beyond digital engagement metrics such as likes, reach, or video views).

2. Anti-Scam Platform Operational Volumes: Annual usage statistics for HKPF anti-scam platforms during the same period, specifically: (i) Total annual incoming call volumes received by the Anti-Scam Helpline 18222, (ii) total annual query volumes, search transactions, or user access logs on the "Scameter / 防騙視伏器" (and Scameter+) platform since its launch.

3. Mascot-Attributed Impact & Reporting Data: Any internal evaluation reports, post-campaign surveys, or statistical summaries tracking public reporting or anti-scam awareness directly attributed to "Little Grape" promotional activities.
