Specifically, details on data types, field names, valid value ranges, and system definitions for operational status flags.

2. Master Dataset Export: A complete, machine-readable raw export (e.g., CSV/JSON) of the master charger database, including non-public administrative fields such as:
o Exact spatial coordinates (Latitude / Longitude in WGS84 or HK1980 grid).

o Operator / Charge-Point Operator (CPO) company names.

o Per-entry last-verified / last-updated timestamps.

o Internal operational/maintenance status flags (e.g., Active, Out of Order, Decommissioned, Suspended).
