Application for Access to Information

Request for Land Lease of the Hong Kong Baptist Convention Primary School
(GLA No. TW-291) (“the Site”)

                   Thank you for your application received on 10.8.2026
under the Code on Access to Information (Application No. Lands 105/26)
seeking access to information

in relation to the land lease of the captioned.

                   A Permanent GLA (i.e. PGLA No. TW-291) was allocated to
the Education Bureau (EDB) by this office to use the Site for primary
school purpose.  Other than

the said PGLA, any agreement/arrangement made between EDB and the school
concerned is not governed by this office.

                   Having considered the above, we are not able to provide
the “Land Lease of the Hong Kong Baptist Convention Primary School (GLA
No. TW-291)” requested

which is not in possession of this office.

                   In case of further enquiries, please contact Mr. Ethan
