1. Number of applications received, by year
2. Number of applications approved, by year
3. Breakdown by direction of change, if available:
* Male to Female
* Female to Male

For 2026, please provide the latest year-to-date figures available.

If data for the full period is not available, please provide the earliest available records and state the period covered.

I only request aggregate statistics. No personal data is requested.

Please provide the information in Excel, CSV, or table format if possible.
