Dear Fire Services Department,

Under the Code on Access to Information, I would like to request information regarding the procurement, expenditure, and inter-departmental coordination for the mascot "Anyone" :

1. Expenditure & Cost Breakdown: An itemized annual breakdown of total expenditure allocated to "Anyone" from its launch in 2018 to the present financial year (covering character design, costume manufacturing, event execution, and media advertising), specifying the proportion spent on external agencies versus in-house production.

2. Tender Briefs & Procurement: Copies of tender documents, contract specifications, or service briefs issued for external PR, social media management, or video production services featuring "Anyone" from 2018 to present.

3. Coordination with ISD: Whether the Fire Services Department has consulted, coordinated with, or sought advice from the Information Services Department (ISD) regarding the design, branding, or public relations strategy for "Anyone", and whether its procurement was handled through ISD or directly via external tendering.
