Dear Fire Services Department,

Under the Code on Access to Information, I would like to request information regarding the evaluation framework, target impact, and public safety training statistics for the mascot "Anyone" (任何仁):

1. KPI Evaluation & Target Impact: The specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target impact defined for "Anyone" campaigns—including social media evaluation metrics (e.g., target reach, views, engagement rates) and whether targets were set for converting public engagement into course registrations.

2. Behavioral Impact & Course Statistics: Annual enrollment and completion figures for the "Press to shock – Save a life" CPR/AED course from 2018 to present, alongside copies of any formal evaluation reports or surveys conducted to quantify changes in public willingness or actual bystander CPR/AED intervention rates attributable to "Anyone".

3. Budget Ceilings: The annual budget ceiling or financial allocation specifically reserved for "Anyone" brand maintenance, promotional events, and related educational materials for the current and previous two financial years.

If any specific survey, evaluation report, or target metric is not held by the department, please explicitly state so in your response.

Thank you for your time and support.

Yours faithfully,
Wendy
