Dear Ms. Tang,
To clarify, the "List of File Block Numbers for Programme Records" you provided in the Annex of your last email was not at all what I had requested. I requested the Standard Classification Scheme. The Standard Classification Scheme should consist of two sections, the subject list and the index. The subject list should include all of the subject terms the department uses for its programme records, corresponding definitions and classification numbers. The index should be an alphabetical list of all synonyms and terms to fall under the specific subject term designated by the department, acting as a thesaurus for cross referencing. The Scheme should include at least these two major components and be at least a couple dozens of pages long.
The document you provided was not at all what I requested. Please supply the correct record that I have requested specifically.
Yours sincerely,
Sebastian Lee
