Dear Security Bureau

It is my understanding that all governmental bureaux and departments have used electronic means to capture and maintain records of staff’s applications for acceptance of advantages since late 2023. I would like to have these statistics concerning the applications of SB's staff, specifically:

1. The total number of applications submitted by SB staff for permission to accept an advantage
2. The number of applications for acceptance of advantages offered in an official capacity
3. The number of applications for acceptance of advantages offered in a private capacity
4. Number of applications approved/permitted
5. Number of applications approved with conditions (with the conditions listed/explained)
6. Number of applications refused (with a list of reasons, if applicable)

I would like to have this data dating back to as far as such records have been kept. Please provide me with this as required by the Code on Access to Information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
