Dear Information Services Department team,

Under the Code on Access to Information, please answer the following questions

1. Does the Government maintain a written overall strategy, policy or set of guidelines for its publicity, marketing and promotional work (as distinct from individual campaigns)? If so, please provide the current document, with its title, date of issue and scope. If it does not, please provide other docs that are related or relevant to this matter. If docs are confidential, please provide metadata such as title, date of preparation and summaries.

2. Which office or post is accountable for setting and coordinating that strategy across bureaux and departments, and are departments required to follow it? Please provide the rule or guidance that establishes the coordination and explains how consistency is ensured. Refer to the Government Telephone Directory when referring to specific team or section. https://tel.directory.gov.hk/index_ISD_E...

3 What campaign objectives and measurement has the team set — for example a standard KPI or evaluation template, a reporting rule, or a central record of campaign evaluations? Please provide the template, rule or record, or confirm that none exists.

Yours faithfully,

Simon Wang
