Dear Immigration Department,

The problem is that the visa label I previously applied with the City University of Hong Kong (EOEN-0000566-21) has now arrived to me, although I withdrew my acceptance and CityU is no longer my sponsor in Hong Kong. However, my current application with the University of Hong Kong, which is my final choice for institution, is being processed by the Immigration Department now.

Please advise me on my next steps to ensure that my HKU visa label would enable me to start my studies at the University this fall.
