b. Part B - Summary of Key Performance Indicators
c. Part C - Key Milestones and Activities
d. Part D - Project Details
e. Part E - Pilot/Prototype Report

2. The full Schedule 3 approved budget, encompassing:
a. Funding Period
b. Funding Requirement Plan
c. Total Funding Amount

3. The Final Operational Report and the Final Financial Report.

In addition, we would like to request the project start and dates.
