Building's Gross Floor Area by Land use
Dear Buildings Department,
I would like to apply for data on the building's gross floor area (GFA) by different types of land use, e.g., residential, commercial, industrial, etc.
Could you provide detailed information on the spatial locations of all buildings and the respective GFAs of different land use?
If there would involve a huge data, could you provide the data on the building's gross floor area (GFA) grouped by Large Subunit Groups (see https://portal.csdi.gov.hk/geoportal/#me... That would be enough.

Dear Buildings Department,
Thanks for providing the information about the BRAVO platform. I have accessed the platform but it does not comprise the data of Gross Floor Areas (GFA) of different use (for example, residential, retail, service, etc.).
Sorry for the confusion if I did not clearly express my request. I want to apply the spatial data about the GFA for different use purposes for the buildings. The data format could be the location of each building and the corresponding GFA information for residential use, retail use, service use, etc.
Could you provide more details about how can I find the summary data of GFA of different building use as grouped by geographic areas (for example, at the level of Large Subunit Group as adopted by the 2021 Population Census, see https://portal.csdi.gov.hk/geoportal/#me...
If the geographic data is not available, where could I find the data on GFA for different use and the spatial location (or just address) of all buildings in Hong Kong?

different building uses grouped by geographic areas. However, we can
provide you with the Summary of GFA for Completion of new buildings in
Domestic or Non-domestic & The address of sites for completion of new
buildings for which Occupation Permits have been issued in our Monthly
