Dear Wing,

I refer to your request for access to information no. 244/22 and our
interim replies dated 28.7.2022 and 9.8.2022.  The requested information
is provided as follows:

The Operator Selection Exercises (“OSE”) for new franchised bus routes
that have been conducted in the first half of 2022 are tabulated below:

No. Origin - Destination
1.  Tin Shui Wai – Yuen Long (Tak Yip Street)
2.  Wu Kai Sha Station – Hong Sing Garden Bus Terminus
3.  Shek Mun Estate – Choi Ming Public Transport Interchange
4.  Hong Sing Garden Bus Terminus – Tai Po Industrial Estate

The confirmed OSE that will be conducted in the second half of 2022 will
be the one for the new franchised bus route between Tin Shui Wai Town
Centre and Yuen Long (Tak Yip Street)^(Note).

Note
Since the new route between Tin Shui Wai and Yuen Long (Tak Yip Street)
was not successfully introduced after conducting the OSE in first half of
2022, the Transport Department has revamped service details and planned to
conduct OSE again for this new route in the second half of 2022.
