Complaints received in relation to immigration detention at MTKDC
Dear Immigration Department,
I am writing to make a data access request regarding the number of complaints received in relation to immigration detention at Ma Tau Kok Detention Centre. May I know, for each of the years between 2010 – 2021,
A) the number of complaints received in relation to immigration detention at MTKDC, broken down by
I) gender of complainant (male, female, transgender)
II) country of origin of complainant
III) type of complaint
B) outcome of complaint
If a CSV or Excel format is possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
