Dear Transport Department,

I would like to know about
a) how many complaints/suggestions about taxi services were respectively received from 2011 to 2017?
b) do you have the exact numbers of different kinds of complaints/suggestions? (e.g. Overcharging, Improper driving behavior)

Please allow me to clarify that the request is made in accordance with the Code on Access to Information.

Thanks and look forward to your early reply!

Yours faithfully,
