With all due respect you are avoiding my questions and I request an internal review to ascertain the data I require:
I originally asked for the following info:
"For the patients that have died of Covid 19 during this current fifth wave in 2022, could you please provide the following information:
-Age
-Any comorbidities (please list)

-Medication or Treatment Given
-Length of illness from Covid 19 positive test until death
-How was cause of death listed on death certificate."
Additionally if you can also advise if at time of death, they had received:
-3 shots of Covid 19 vaccine, on the same day or after
-2 shots of Covid 19 vaccine, on the same day or after
-1 shot of Covid 19 vaccine, on the same day or after
-were unvaccinated
-vaccination status unknown
If you are not able to provide all of the above very important information, then please provide as much as you can. Please do not regurgitate other information that I can find on government websites.
