The Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following COVID-19
Immunisation consists of two Co-convenors, nine members and
representatives from the Department of Health.

For questions 2 - 13b, please be informed that our Department does not
maintain a record of the information specified in your request .
 According to paragraph 1.14 of the Code, the Code does not oblige
departments to create a record which does not exist and therefore such
information could not be provided.

I would like to know the COVID-19 vaccination status of Expert Committee
on Clinical Events Assessment Following COVID-19 Immunisation Members, in
particular, please let me know the data below.

(1) Total number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment
Following COVID-19 Immunisation Members.
(2) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following
COVID-19 Immunisation Members who took 1 dose of Sinovac only.
(3) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following
COVID-19 Immunisation Members who took 1 dose of BioNTech / Pfizer only.
(4) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following
COVID-19 Immunisation Members who took 2 doses of Sinovac.
(5) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following
COVID-19 Immunisation Members who took 2 doses of BioNTech / Pfizer.

(12) (a) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment
Following COVID-19 Immunisation Members who received mixed doses of
Sinovac and BioNTech / Pfizer; and
(b) For each Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment Following
COVID-19 Immunisation Members involved in (12)(a), please list out the
number of doses of the relevant vaccines.
(13) (a) number of Expert Committee on Clinical Events Assessment
Following COVID-19 Immunisation Members who received at least one dose of
covid-19 vaccine which was neither Sinovac nor BioNTech / Pfizer; and
(b) please list out the exact type of covid-19 vaccine involved in
(13)(a).
