1. 2016年至2017年期間，針對電訊營辦商或寬頻供應商，關於通訊服務方面的投訴類
別有哪個種？各類別的投訴數字是多少？（能否提供季度甚至是月份的詳細資料？）
2.是否有就「電話訂立的合約」這一類成立專門的統計？若有，其分類和數字分別

海關是負責執行《商品說明條例》（《條例》）的主要機關。而通訊事務管理局（通
訊局）（通訊事務管理局辦公室（通訊辦）為其執行部門）同時獲賦予共同管轄
權，就《電訊條例》（第106章）及《廣播條例》（第562章）下的持牌人作出與根據
相關條例提供電訊服務或廣播服務有直接關連的營業行為，根據公平營商條文執法。
