Digital water depth data within HKSAR

Dear Civil Engineering and Development Department,

I would like to make a request for shapefile (.shp) of digital water depth data of Hong Kong SAR for academic purpose, as shown in the following public report:

Although the report mentioned that the original figure was published by Civil Engineering Department in 1999, I cannot find its digital version on CEDD's website.

The requested data will be used for academic purpose only. Many thanks.

depth information while the Hydrographic Office of Marine Department has
managed the digital water depth data in Hong Kong waters.   We would like
to seek your agreement for us to transfer your request to Marine
