Enforcement actions against employers of migrant domestic workers

Following #FOI 370, I am writing to enquire the following:
- The number of summonses issued against employers of migrant domestic workers under the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the second and third quarter of 2019; and
- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers prosecuted for violation of the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the second and third quarter of 2019;

domestic helper (FDH) employers prosecuted for violation of the Employment
