I am writing to inquire the following:

- The number of summonses issued against employers of migrant domestic workers under the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the fourth quarter of 2019; and
- The number of employers of migrant domestic workers prosecuted for violation of the Employment Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO) in the fourth quarter of 2019;

I would appreciate if you could attach your reply in pdf format.

domestic helper (FDH) employers prosecuted for violation of the Employment
Ordinance (EO) and the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance (ECO), as well as
the number of summonses heard against the FDHs employers for the period
from 1.10.2019 to 31.12.2019 are as follows:
