Dear Drainage Services Department,

This is Zirui Yang, a student at Hong Kong Baptist University Journalism
department. I am working with Dr Simon Wang to investigate the community
engagement efforts of the HKSAR government. Please kindly answer the
following questions under the Code on Access to Information.

Please provide the figures for 2016 and 2018 regarding (for newer events,
please provide the figures available for the most recent year)
1) The number of field trips/visits for each type of events in each year
2) The total number of participants of the field trips/ visits  
3) The number of outreach events held
4) The total number of participants of the outreach events  
The number should include both the individual and group visit of DSD
services.
