Former migrant domestic workers making non-refoulement claims
Dear Immigration Department,
I would like to know in each of the years from 2014 to 2017, the number of non-refoulement claims made by former migrant domestic workers (ie individuals who had been issued a Foreign Domestic Helper visa by your Department), disaggregated by gender and nationality. I would also like to know how many of these claims have been substantiated.
