Dear Ms Li,

        I refer to your request for Access to Information of 22 January
2020.  The information requested is provided as below, please-

2.        In the fourth quarter of 2019, the Torture Claims Appeal Board
(TCAB) received a total of 288 appeals/ petitions, out of which 18
appeals/ petitions were legally represented.  During the same period, TCAB
concluded a total of 1,108 appeals/ petitions, out of which 56 appeals/
petitions were legally represented.  Among the 56 appeals/ petitions, 6
were substantiated.
