Authority (HA) Head Office’s response to the items you requested:

The manpower information in respect of 2018-19 to 2020-21 (from 1 January
to 31 December 2020) is provided as below:

For 2021-22 (from 1 January to 31 December 2021), the attrition rate for
full-time doctors is 6.9% (equivalent to 436 full-time doctors); the
attrition rate for full-time nurses is 8.2% (equivalent to 2,240 full-time
nurses); and the attrition rate for full-time AH staff is 7.6%
(equivalent to 662 full-time AH professionals).
Items 2 to 4
The HA does not maintain readily available information on the items you
requested. According to paragraph 1.14 of the Code on Access to
Information, the Code does not oblige departments to create a record which
does not exist.
