Dear Transport Department,

I have Learners Driving License code is 3 & 22, and I would like to go to Tin Kwong Road Driving Test Center from Man Cheong St. Yau Ma Tei for me to practise and have a Road exam Test, can you please tell me what is the suitable route for me to take driving motorcycle and at what time and day, as I live here in Yau Ma Tei and would like to practice my motorcycle skills and the said route. Our department received your request for access to information on 16
February 2023.  Our reply is as follows:

A learner driver may drive on any public road except those which by
traffic signs of other legal provisions are prohibited to learner drivers,
and only during such times as are specified hereunder:

Mondays to Fridays: 6:00a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.
9:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
Sundays and Public Holidays: 6:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

For details about the conditions that learner drivers are required to
comply with, please refer to the Conditions Imposed with Issue of
Learner's Driving Licence listed on the Transport Department website
