Medical spending/costs for refugees and total Hong Kong population

衞生署 did not have the information requested.

Dear Department of Health,

I've seen it reported in the media that Hong Kong spent HKD 43 million on medical treatments to refugees (non-refoulement claimants) in last year. Can I get hold of this exact data (medical costs/reimbursements to non-refoulement claimants) going back to 2005? Can I also get the yearly medical treatment costs/spending for the Hong Kong population going back to 2015.

If you do not have this data, then do you know which government department would have provided this to the journalists?

Yours faithfully,

Scott Edmunds
