Dear Allyson van de Pol,

Thank you for your email dated 1.12.2021.

The Department of Health (DH) compiles annual mortality statistics with
breakdown by cause of death based on registered deaths.  The provisional
and finalised annual mortality statistics of a particular year are usually
available in April and in October of the next calendar year respectively.

Therefore, the requested figures, which refer to the number of deaths due
to the concerned causes of death that occurred during a particular period
(Jan - Jun 2021) of less than a year, are not available.  In addition,
provisional mortality statistics for 2021 are not yet available.  It is
expected that they will be available in Apr 2022.

-Total Number of Deaths per Month

Of this total, please advise the numbers of the following causes:

-Cancer
-Cardiovascular Conditions
-Pulmonary Respiratory Conditions
-Road Traffic Accidents
-Suicides
-Diabetes
-Iatrogenic deaths
-TB
-Natural Causes ie Old Age
- Miscarriages
-Stillbirths
-Other

I'd be grateful if you could add this data to a spreadsheet or word table.
