2.        Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Statistics are published
mainly with breakdown by “Major Economic Activities” and “Type of
Accident”.  Regarding your requests (1) and (2), Labour Department (LD)
does not have the number of injuries and fatalities of migrant workers by
cause of death and sector of work.  For details of LD’s OSH statistics,
you may refer to the websites of the Labour Department at

details.

3.        Regarding your request (3), LD does not have the number of types
of abuses reported by migrant workers.

Dear Labour Department,

I am writing to make a data request access about fatalities and injuries
of migrant workers statistics in Hong Kong. May I know, in each of the
years between 2013 – 2023,

1. number of fatalities by cause of death and sector of work
2. number of injuries by cause of death and sector of work
3. number of types of abuses reported by migrant workers

If a CSV or Excel format is possible, I would greatly appreciate it.
