Can I have the record of complaints and the enforcement actions against restaurants in 2012-2017? Please state the date of the incident, name of the restaurant(s), address of the restaurant(s), type(s) and the detail of the complaints and the actions taken by the authority.

Dear Food and Environmental Hygiene Department,
Regarding my request of " Record of complaints against restaurants", yet so far there is no response from the Buildings Department.
According to the Code of Access to Information, the authority should normally have responded promptly, "Where possible, information will be made available within ten days of receipt of a written request. If that is
not possible, the applicant will be so advised by an interim reply within ten days of receipt of the request."

related to complaints and enforcement against restaurants in 2012 to 2017:

* types of the restaurants;
* detail of the complaints; and
* actions taken by the authority.
Having regard to Para. 1.14 of the Code, the comprehensive
information that you requested does not exist in our record system. As an
alternative, we hoped the following information relevant to the request
can to a certain extent meet your requirement:
