The request was partially successful.

Dear Transport Department,

I was a Transport Department offices from 1978 to 1988, and my last position was Acting Commissioner for Transport (Kowloon). During my time at Transport Department I represented the Department on the Station Transport and Integration Committee (STIC) for several years.

I am now a Transport Consultant working for the Asian Development Bank on a project to improve feeder services to the new urban railways in Bangkok, Thailand. I am recommending that Bangkok sets up a committee similar to the Hong Kong STIC.

It would be very helpful if I could be provided with information on the current membership composition (Departments and Agencies) and Terms of Reference for the Hong Kong Station Transport and Integration Committee.

Yours faithfully,

Paul Williams
