Dear Planning Department,

I am a research assistant in the Hong Kong University of Science and
Technology. Referring to another request on similar data,

would like to request for the scanned copy of the Land Utilization from
2001-2017, in GeoTiff format. It would be better if the raster file for
the more recent years, say 2016-17, are available.

In addition, I would like to make another request for the Boundaries of
Tertiary Planning Units & Street Blocks / Village Clusters, used in the
Population Census in 2001 & 2006. The format  should be similar to the
boundaries in 2016, publicly available on
