academic research.  Please note that TCS 2022 has been completed early
this year that the database would not be available in a short period of
time while the associated databases on TCS 2011 would be available.

Please be informed that the associated databases on TCS 2011 could be
released to you on condition that it is used for the sole purpose of
carrying out your academic research.

undertaking in respect of the associated databases on TCS 2011.  I also
attach for your attention a file containing the terms and conditions for
using the materials.  I should be grateful if you could e-mail us scanned

Dear Transport Department,

I am writing to introduce myself as Haozhuo Yang, a Master of Urban Design
student at Harvard University. Currently, I am engaged in a research
fellowship with Perkins Eastman, focusing on the subject of walkability. I
believe that access to the TCS dataset would greatly enhance the quality
and depth of my research.

I would sincerely appreciate your assistance in obtaining access to the
dataset. If it is possible to obtain the 2022 dataset, it would be
particularly beneficial for my study. However, in the event that the 2022
dataset is not yet available, the 2011 dataset would still be of great
value to my research.
