主旨: Freedom of Information request - 有關自閉症家庭補助相關資料的請求

Dear Social Welfare Department,

本人是大專院校的學生，現正在收集有關政府對自閉症家庭補助的資料。現欲向貴署
索取以下資料，以作統計和完成專題功課之用:
1）近五年，政府每年用於SEN家庭及自閉症患者家庭補助的資金總額
2）近五年，政府每年用於幫助SEN家庭及自閉症患者家庭的資金數額和具體用途
3）近五年，向政府申請資助的自閉症家庭的數量
4）近五年，每年全港自閉症人數
5）近五年，在政府幫助下就業的自閉症患者人數
