Duration of Time in Hong Kong SAR on Recognizance Form

Dear Immigration Department,

I would like to know the numbers of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department. I would like to know these numbers disaggregated by the length of time on Recognizance until their departure from the Hong Kong SAR in the following categories:

1. The total number of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department who currently remain in the Hong Kong SAR.

2. The number of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department who have not left the Hong Kong SAR and who have been on Recognizance in the territory for up to 1 year.

3. The number of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department who have not left the Hong Kong SAR and who have been on Recognizance in the territory for more than 1 year but less than 5 years.

4. The number of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department who have not left the Hong Kong SAR and who have been on Recognizance in the territory for more than 5 years but less than 10 years.

5. The number of people released on Recognizance by the Immigration Department who have not left the Hong Kong SAR and who have been in the territory on Recognizance for more than 10 years.
