Dear Department of Health,

I am writing to ask for your advice on the following matters:-

1. Whether your Department / HKSAR Government obtained official
endorsement or approval IN WRITING from Sinovac for the following
vaccination schemes:
(a) vaccine administered to aged 3-11;
(b) vaccine administered to aged 12-17;
(c) vaccine administered to pregnant women; and
(d) vaccine administered to women preparing for pregnancy.

2. If any of your answers to Question 1 is yes, please provide the
relevant written endorsement or approval from Sinovac.

3. Whether your Department / HKSAR Government obtained official written
endorsement / approval from BioNTech/ Pfizer for the following vaccination
schemes:
(a) vaccine administered to aged 5-11;
(b) vaccine administered to aged 12-17;
(c) vaccine administered to pregnant women; and
(d) vaccine administered to women preparing for pregnancy.

4. If any of your answers to Question 3 is yes, please provide the
relevant written endorsement or approval from BioNTech / Pfizer.
