繼於2022年3月21日和3月31日覆信給你後，就你申請索取資料事項，醫院管理局 (
醫管局) 總辦事處現謹回應如下:
第1、4、5及6項
醫管局與有關工程承辦商所訂立的合約協議內容，均載有承辦商所提交的資料，包括
通風設備的規格、價錢等，合約協議的內容涉及商業敏感資料。根據《公開資料守則
》第2.9(a)段，「資料如披露會令部門的合約活動受到傷害或損害，部門可拒絕披露
這些資料」。而守則第2.16段亦涉及保護商務權益，指出「資料如披露會令任何人的
競爭條件或財政狀況受到傷害，部門可拒絕披露這些資料」。基於上述考慮，局方未
能提供你所要求的資料。
如你認為本局未有遵行守則的規定，可要求本局覆檢有關情況。[1]本局的電郵地址
是[Hospital Authority request email]或郵寄地址九龍亞皆老街147B醫管局大樓410S室(經辦人︰醫院

第2及3項
一般而言，醫管局的工程項目所需的建材和設備均由有關工程承辦商提供，醫管局沒
