I am writing to ask for the following information from your Authority:
1. The number of heart / cardiovascular checks conducted in your hospitals by year (2016-2022);
2. The vaccination status of service users who received heart / cardiovascular checks in your hospitals by by year (2016-2022); and
2. The age group (0-11; 12-17; 18-30; 31-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70-79; 80+) of service users who received heart / cardiovascular checks in your hospitals by by year (2016-2022).

Authority (HA) Head Office’s response to the items you requested:

 

The HA does not maintain information on the items you requested. Hence,
the requested information is not available. According to paragraph 1.14 of
the Code on Access to Information, the Code does not oblige departments to
create a record which does not exist.
