4. Nationality breakdown of non-refoulement claimants who have a pending application for leave for judicial review or application for judicial review against ImmD's Unified Screening Mechanism / TCAB/NRCPO decisions as of 30 June 2023;
5. The number of non-refoulement claimants pending application for a Subsequent Claim as of 30 June 2023;
6. The number of non-refoulement claimants pending removal or were not
removable claims pending screening by Immigration Department as of 30 June 2023;
7. The number of non-refoulement claims withdrawn between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
8. The number of non-refoulement protection claimants removed between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
9. Nationality breakdown of non-refoulement protection claimants removed between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
10. Total number of persons under the USM population as of 30 June 2023.
Permission to work
11. The number of applications for permission to work received between between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
12. The number of applications approved on discretionary basis between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
13. The number of applications rejected between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023;
14. The number of applications withdrawn or no further action to be taken between 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2023.
Detention
15. The number of persons pending USM decision (including judicial review or subsequent claims) who are held in immigration detention as of 30 June 2023;
16. The number of persons pending removal who are held in immigration detention as of 30 June 2023.
