3. The number of non-refoulement claimants who have a pending application for leave for judicial review or application for judicial review against ImmD's Unified Screening Mechanism / TCAB/NRCPO decisions as of 30 June 2023;
4. Nationality breakdown of non-refoulement claimants who have a pending application for leave for judicial review or application for judicial review against ImmD's Unified Screening Mechanism / TCAB/NRCPO decisions as of 30 June 2023;
5. The number of non-refoulement claimants pending application for a Subsequent Claim as of 30 June 2023;
6. The number of non-refoulement claimants pending removal or were not
