Dear Companies Registry,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Companies Registry's handling of my FOI request 'Policies regarding the regulation of money lenders'.

The response to my request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, the CR should have provided at least an interim response by now. I seek that a substantive response to my request be given as soon as practicable. I also seek reasons for the delay.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://accessinfo.hk/en/request/policie...

Yours faithfully,

Charlie
