Dear Environment and Ecology Bureau Environment Branch,
I request for a full copy of the Cooperation Arrangement on Technical Exchange on Environmental Monitoring with the China National Environmental Monitoring Centre of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to strengthen co-operation in areas including monitoring of environmental water quality, environmental air quality, ecology and new pollutants.
Either Chinese or English is fine.
