Dear Security Bureau,

I would be grateful if you could provide the following information on the Torture Claims Appeal Board/ Non-refoulement Claims Petitions Office ("TCAB/NRCPO"):

(1) The number of appeals/petitions received by the TCAB/NRCPO in the second quarter (1 Apr - 30 Jun) of 2021;
(2) The number of appeals/ petitions determined by the TCAB/NRCPO in the said period;
(3) The number of appeals/ petitions withdrawn or taken no further action in the said period;
(4) The number of appeals/ petitions allowed by the TCAB /NRCPO in the said period;
(5) The number of appeals/ petitions substantiated by the TCAB/NRCPO in the said period;
(6) The number of appeals/ petitions that were pending determination before the TCAB/NRCPO as of end of June 2021, and if possible, as disaggregated by nationality (please provide a breakdown of all nationalities)
