Regarding your email of 14 March 2023 requesting for information relating
to age distribution of non-refoulement claims and the number of cases in
each age groups, please find our substantive reply below.

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government implemented the
Unified Screening Mechanism in March 2014 to screen non-refoulement claims
on all applicable grounds in one go.  The relevant statistics is available
from the website of the Immigration Department
