Dear Transport Department,

I am writing to kindly request access to dataset of the Hong Kong Travel Characteristics Survey (TCS) 2011 and 2022 for academic research purpose. I am a MSc Spatial Planning student at University College London, conducting a dissertation research on new town development and transport accessibility in Hong Kong. It is highly appreciated if the access to the said dataset is granted.
