Statistics on Code on Access to Information refusals and reviews
Dear Constitutional and Mainland Affairs Bureau,
I am interested in the following statistics relating to requests made pursuant to the Code on Access to Information to all government departments as a whole, specifically:
1) The statistics on refusals of requests broken down by department and reason for refusal
2) The statistics on the results or outcomes of internal departmental reviews conducted in accordance with 1.25 of the Code.
Please provide me with this information as required by the Code on Access to information. I appreciate your attention in this matter.
