I am seeking any and all information pertaining to a person names WALI FRED DAD, who was born in HONG KONG on FEBRUARY 14, 1882.

He immigrated to the United States. He used 60 different aliases, including, Fred Dodd, Fred Waldad, Wallie D. Ford, Wallace Farrad, W.D. Fard, and so forth.

Was this man a Hong Kong / Chinese national?
