你好，根據香港新冠疫苗的安全監察報告的資料，2020年2月至2021年1月31期間有2,300個接種疫苗後需要住院個案。我有兩個問題希望Department of Health能解答：
1）這2,300個接種疫苗後需要住院個案中，到2月23號為止有多少人已經出院？
2）這2,300個接種疫苗後需要住院個案中，到2月23號為止有多少人死亡？
