Migrant children whose parents were removed from Hong Kong
Dear Immigration Department,
I am writing to make an information request regarding migrant children whose parents were removed from Hong Kong. May I know,
1) If a child of migrant parents remains in Hong Kong after the parent/s are removed from Hong Kong, what is the procedure to care for the child upon the removal of the parents?
2) How many such cases have occurred in the past five years?
If you could provide any relevant information, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much for your help.
Yours faithfully,
Raquel Amador
